The focus of this program is Energy & Emotional Awareness. This teen class will incorporate energy & mindfulness tools, group discussion, gentle yoga, games, art, breathing techniques, connecting with nature, and guided meditation. The healing power of sound will be incorporated into every class with live Native American Flute.

: “In an effort to make therapy relevant and transferable to “the real world”, Erika and I are co-creating and leading this class with targeted goals in mind. We we will include the opportunity to slow down, check in, reflect, share if desired, connect with others, learn to manage stress, and practice mindfulness in a variety of ways (movement, nature, stillness, breath work, playfulness, music.) It is our intention to create a cohesive group of young ladies who will benefit from a group experience.”
